Common Claims
Some of the most frequent claims involve accidental damage in car parks or car washes. A typical example is when the boot lid opens and strikes a garage door or lifts too high in an underground car park, leading to damage.
Reverse camera damage is also a common claim under our extended warranty. This is because around 90% of reversing cameras are integrated into the boot grab handle, which is regularly pulled or pressed to open the boot—making it more prone to wear or accidental damage.

How to Purchase the 3-Year Warranty
The 3-Year Warranty is available for purchase at the same time as your Autologics product for £60. If you’re shopping online, you’ll see the warranty option when adding your item to the cart.
Ask your engineer on the day and they can get add to your order, If you’ve already purchased an Autologics product but didn’t opt for the warranty, you still have 29 days from the purchase date to add it. Simply reply to your order confirmation email, and we’ll get you covered.
