Autologics 3-Year Extended Warranty
Technology can be unpredictable. Over time, even reliable devices like reversing cameras can suffer from wear or unexpected electrical failures. That’s why protecting your eqipment is essential.
Your product includes our standard 12-month parts and labour warranty. For additional peace of mind, you can purchase our 3-Year Extended Product Warranty, extending your warranty protection to a total of 3 years from the original installation date.
During the extended warranty period, if your product develops a fault, Autologics ( Vehicle Navigation T/A Autologics) will repair the product or, where repair is not practical, provide a suitable replacement in accordance with our Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions.
The extended warranty is provided and fulfilled directly by Autologics. Autologics remains responsible for meeting its obligations under the warranty.
Your extended warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect those rights.

How to Purchase the 3-Year Extended Warranty
The 3-Year Warranty is available for purchase at the same time as your Autologics product for £60. If you’re shopping online, you’ll see the warranty option when adding your item to the cart.
Ask your engineer on the day and they can get add to your order, If you’ve already purchased an Autologics product but didn’t opt for the warranty, you still have 29 days from the purchase date to add it. Simply reply to your order confirmation email, and we’ll get you covered.
What's Covered?
3-Year Extended Product Warranty
Extends your Autologics warranty from 12 months to 36 months from the original installation date.
Unlimited Warranty Repairs
If your covered product develops a fault during the warranty period, we’ll repair it at no additional charge. If we’re unable to repair it, we’ll replace it with a suitable equivalent product.
Parts & Labour Included
Parts and labour required to rectify a product fault are included throughout the warranty period.
Unlimited Product Coding
Where coding is required in connection with the covered product, we’ll carry this out to ensure the product continues to function correctly with your vehicle.
Nationwide Support
Warranty support is available throughout the UK, subject to our warranty terms and engineer availability.
Original Accessories Included
Accessories originally supplied by Autologics as part of the covered product installation are included against qualifying faults.
What's Not Covered?
• Loss, theft, or neglect.
• Cosmetic or deliberate damage.
• Exterior wing mirror covers
• Exterior wing mirror glass
• Vehicle ownership change
