  • We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the website
  • The addition of new products or services on the website at any particular time does not warrant that these products or services will be available immediately

SALES TERMS 

By purchasing from Vehicle Navigation LTD T/a Autologics you automatically agreed to our sales terms which apply for all our products and services.


LEGAL LIABILITY: when purchasing a product or service from us you are asserting that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and subject to legal liability. 


PAYMENT METHOD: we will use the provided payment method to charge you for the products, services, and/or incurring fees resulting during the process. By providing us the payment information you are accepting that you are an authorized user of such payment method. 


RIGHT TO DECLINE ORDERS: in the rare event that a product or service on our website lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or another kind of error, we have the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline such order or any portion of it. If payment has already been processed, then we will credit your account with the amount of the incorrect price. 


INFORMATION ACCURACY: by placing an order with us you are accepting that the information provided such as vehicle make, model year, type of device, and any other relevant details regarding the order are true and accurate. Our team will use that information to ensure that all parts are correct and thus avoid any delay or incompatibility during installation. Be aware that mistakes, omissions, and/or inaccurate information may result in a call-out fee/cancellation charge. 


PRICING: at Vehicle Navigation our mission is offering customers the best experience possible. That's why our quotes are based on the "real" price of the product without any hidden costs. We stand out from the rest of the competition by quoting the "honest" price of the product including delivery charges, audio integration, and our industry-leading installation service. Please take that fact into consideration in case you find a quote lower than ours. The only exception to our integral price policy is when additional parts or additional labour is required.


WARRANTY : All our products and services come with a one year comprehensive warranty. All our products are designed to work with manufacture specific electronics and any other modifications that are made after the installation or added electronics fitted by the customer are not covered by warranty.
