Pay on the day option

If you have chosen to pay on the day after the installation has been completed then our engineers will being all the parts with them on the day.


General Information

All orders are subject to product availability.


If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.


In case of any problem with your order, we will notify you at the earliest.


You will receive an on-screen confirmation once your credit card has been authorized as well as an acknowledgement by email of what you ordered, and the address the goods are to be delivered to.


In both cases, you will also be provided with an order number. Please quote this number with any inquiries. Also, ensure you only click the submit order button once, as it will take a minute or so to process.



Delivery Address

Please take into consideration the following information regarding delivery addresses:


If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the address you enter is the same billing address used by your credit card, as this is the only address to which we can deliver.


If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address if your order value is less than £500.


Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the UK.


We can accept orders from international customers only if a UK address is provided.


Please notice that entering accurate addresses is crucial to avoid possible cancellation fees.



Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via our friends at DPD, meaning you can expect your products delivered within 5 working days (Monday to Friday except holidays) starting from the date of the order.


Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. However, if after 5 business days you have not received your order then send us a message to sales@autologics.co.uk providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered.


Please note we do not ship on Sundays.


We strive to answer all queries within a working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serve to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.



Products Delivery

All deliveries must be signed upon arrival.


Deliveries will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches, etc.


You must inspect the products before signing for them to ensure they are in good condition. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the goods. Instead, notify us as soon as possible.


If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.
